The University of Wisconsin offers a variety of Girls Hockey Camps at the home of Wisconsin Women's Hockey, LaBahn Arena,  which are focused on developing the skills of hockey in an enjoyable atmosphere.  Each of our camps will include sessions on power skating, skill development and stick handling, and team concepts for both offense and defense.  Our camps are great for players that are looking to take their game to the next level. All sessions of Badger Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

This is a hockey camp for girls with at least one year of experience. There will be instruction in the fundamentals of hockey including stickhandling, passing, shooting, skating and team play through high speed drills and regulated scrimmages in a fun environment. The camp consists of three on-ice sessions at LaBahn Arena and an off-ice session each day. 

  • Open to any and all entrants ages 13 and younger.
  • $400 per camper
  • $200 for first four goaltenders that register!
  • Check in: 8:00-8:45 am at LaBahn East Entrance
  • Check out: Each day at 1:00 pm at LaBahn East Entrance
  • This is a day-camp format; no overnight housing available
  • REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!

Cancellations made 1 week prior to each session will pay an administrative fee of $50 that will be deducted from your refund.  After that point, refunds will only be given for medical reasons when accompanied by a signed letter from a licensed physician.  All refunds must be requested via email to badgercamps@athletics.wisc.edu.

The High School Elite Camp is for girls looking to play at the next level. There will be expanded instruction in hockey skills including stickhandling, passing, shooting and skating. On-ice instruction will include high speed drills; introduce team tactics and a better understanding of the game of hockey through small area and full-ice scrimmages. Off-ice material will range from strength training to academics, the recruiting process and NCAA regulations. The camp consists of three sessions of on-ice instruction at LaBahn Arena and one session of off-ice instruction each day.  

  • Open to any and all female entrants entering grades 9-12 in the Fall of 2017
  • $425 per camper
  • Check in: 7:30-8:45 am at LaBahn East Entrance
  • Check out: 3:00 pm at LaBahn East Entrance
  • Lunch will not be provided. Campers are encouraged to bring their own sack lunches each day.
  • THIS IS A DAY-CAMP FORMAT; NO OVERNIGHT HOUSING WILL BE PROVIDED!
