The University of Wisconsin Tennis program offers multiple instructional camps. Please consult each session page for details regarding the target population for each camp. We are happy to offer beginning players the opportunity to advance their skills and highly skilled players the opportunity to take their game to the next level. All camps will focus on individual skill instruction and will expose campers to the Badger Tennis experience. All sessions of Badger Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

The Badger Tennis Winter Academy is designed to help higher level high school boys looking to improve all aspects of their game. These sessions are designed for the motivated tournament player looking to play college tennis in the future. Each session features professional instruction led by Badger Coaches Danny Westerman and Urban Ljubic, intense drilling, and competitive match play all at Nielsen Tennis Center, Home of the Badgers! There is also time for other fun activities. Our camp is open to any and all entrants, so come join us and take your game to a new level!

Campers will receive individual skill instruction and be exposed to the Badger Tennis experience. All camps will have a professional Health Services staff member present. Campers will receive a t-shirt and water bottle as part of registration.

  • Check-out: 4:00-4:30 pm Thursday, June 15 at Sullivan Hall for resident campers, 3:30 PM at Nieslen for commuter campers
  • 8:45 AM drop off (Tuesday-Thursday) and 4:00 pm pick-up (Monday- Thursday) for commuter campers at the Goodman Softball Complex Circle - near the Nielsen Outdoor Tennis Courts
  • Resident campers will have the opportunity for supervised off-court activities during the evenings
  • Meals will take place at Four Lakes Market
  • This camp is open to any and all entrants ages 11-18
