Badger Sports Camps

The University of Wisconsin offers Boys Hockey Camps which are focused on developing the skills of hockey in an enjoyable atmosphere. Current Badger coaches will lead the instruction at camp, with support from current and former members of the Badger Men’s Hockey team as well as visiting coaches and clinicians. The Team camp will include position practices, off-ice conditioning and post-game recovery, and tournament-format competition throughout the week. All sessions of Badger Sports Camps are open to any and all individual or team entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

High School Prospect Camp - Session 1 - July 27-28

This camp is designed for elite 2012 birth-year players with serious junior and collegiate hockey ambitions. Participants will experience life as a Division I hockey player at the University of Wisconsin through on-ice training, off-ice development, and exposure to UW’s coaching staff, strength staff, and current players. Athletes will train and compete alongside other top players in their age group in a highly competitive environment.

Price: $500 per camper

Check-In: Monday, July 27th from 8:00-8:30am at the LaBahn Ice Arena. On Tuesday, July 28th all campers should arrive at the LaBahn Ice Arena at 8:45am. Camp will begin promptly at 9:00am.

Check-Out: Each day, July 27th - July 28th at 4:30pm from the LaBahn Ice Arena.

Equipment: All campers are required to bring their own hockey equipment to camp. Please note, this is a day camp only; no overnight housing/equipment storage will be provided. Campers are responsible for bringing their equipment to and from camp each day.

Meals: No meals/snacks will be provided at camp. Campers will be dismissed for a lunch break each day of camp. Campers are welcome to bring their own lunch to eat at the facility.

Additional Notes: Campers will register by position (either forward, defense, or goalie).
