The University of Wisconsin offers an array of Boys Basketball Camps: Father/Son Camp, Resident/Commuter Camp, Advanced Camp, Team Camp and the Badger Basketball Experience Day Camp.  Headquartered at The Kohl Center, these camps are focused on providing a first-class learning experience using dedicated and enthusiastic staff.  Current Badger coaches will lead the instruction at each camp, with support from current and former members of the Badger Men’s Basketball team as well as visiting coaches and clinicians. All sessions of Badger Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

A unique and one of a kind experience at the Kohl Center for fathers and sons. Camp will consist of games, contests, father-son photo with Coach Gard, and instruction on how to work out with your son. Included with registration is a Badger Basketball Camp T-shirt, practice jersey, and basketball along with professional medical care onsite. All Campers will receive Lunch on Saturday.  Additionally for residential campers, overnight accommodations at UW’s campus residence halls and breakfast on Saturday are included. Dorm rooms accommodate two people. Those who bring more than one son to camp will be required to use a separate dorm room.

Campers will be divided by age into teams, each with a 10:1 camper-to-coach ratio, and will receive team-orientated instruction in order to understand the total team concept. Scheduled substitutions will help foster equal playing time and skill development. Daily lectures by the Badger Coaching Staff and skill development  through fundamental training stations. Each player will receive an individual evaluation. Overnight accommodations and meals will be at UW’s campus residence halls and dining facilities. All campers will receive a Badger Basketball Camp T-shirt, practice jersey, and basketball. All camp locations will have professional health services staff on hand. All campers entering grades 8-10 will have the opportunity to attend an NCAA initial eligibility seminar. Concession stand & souvenirs will be available for purchase.

Camp will consist of games with certified high school and college officials.Team instruction is provided by the Badger Basketball Coaching staff. There will be an NCAA initial eligibility seminar. All team players must have high school eligibility remaining. All campers will receive a Badger Basketball Camp T-shirt. Badger Basketball Experience for Grades 1-4

Campers will receive unique instruction and lectures designed for the younger age group.  Morning sessions will focus on shooting mechanics and offensive technique.  Afternoon sessions will focus on dribbling, team and defense concepts.  Sessions will consist of drill stations and contests and games.  Only All-Day Campers will receive lunch and an individualized evaluation from the Badger Camp Coaching Staff.  All Campers will receive a Badger Basketball Camp t-shirt, practice jersey and basketball.  All camp locations will have professional health services staff on hand.

Campers will receive both team-orientated instruction and individual skill instruction.  Sessions will consist of drill stations, games, and the unique opportunity for campers to have their shot video taped and evaluated by the Badger Staff.  All campers will receive lunch and an individual evaluation from the Badger Camp Coaching Staff.  All campers will also receive a Badger Basketball Camp T-Shirt, practice jersey, and basketball.  All camp locations will have professional health services staff on hand.

Open to any and all boys entering grades 5-10 in Fall 2018
