The University of Wisconsin Olympic Strength & Conditioning Department is excited to offer a holistic strength & conditioning program for all sport youth athletes ranging from grades 5-12. The Summer S&C program is intended to address and enhance general athletic qualities that can improve sport performance. Under the direction of Assistant Director of Strength & Conditioning Billy Breider and Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach George Ikemizu, each of our sessions will focus on augmenting athletic performance. Badger Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.
Participants can expect to see improvements in:
1. Speed (timing gates)
2. Explosive strength (vertical jump & broad jump)
3. Change of direction and agility
4. Mobility and flexibility
5. Lean body mass
Session 3: Monday/Wednesday/Friday - July 31-August 25 (12 days total)
- $350 for the entire session
- 9:00-10:30 am M/W/F
- All sessions will take place in the McClain Weight Room
- Check-in: 8:45-9:00 am at the McClain Center
- Dismissal: 10:30 am at the McClain Center
- Open to any and all entrants entering grades 5-12
